Parafimbrios lao – New Thailand Record

This snake, previously only known to exist in Laos, has now been found as dead on the road (DOR) twice in the northern province of Nan, Thailand.

The World Wildlife Fund is calling this snake the “Ziggy Stardust Snake” – weirdly enough. You cannot see in these photos, but in photos you can see the snake has a rainbow colored head. Sort of like David Bowie had at times playing Ziggy Stardust.
